At Rift, we aim to process and ship orders as quickly and reliably as possible. Below you'll find information about processing times, shipping, tracking and international orders.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. During peak periods or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Tracking
- Shipping: FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING on all orders. No minimum purchase required.
- Tracking: Included with every order.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- USA: 3–9 business days
- UK & Europe: 3–9 business days
- Rest of the World: 10–18 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier delays, customs processing or other circumstances outside our control.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.
Alaska & Hawaii
We are currently unable to ship to Alaska and Hawaii. We apologize for the inconvenience and are working to expand our shipping coverage.
