Yes. Artisan is made from full-grain Italian leather. It starts firm, breaks in naturally and develops a richer patina over time with regular wear.

Sentinel combines a protective Apple Watch case with an integrated strap. The structured shell adds protection from everyday impact while maintaining access to the screen, Digital Crown, side button, sensors and charging.

Yes. Rift bands and cases are designed for everyday use — work, training, travel and everyday wear. For frequent exposure to water, sweat or outdoor conditions, we recommend Sentinel rather than a leather band.

We do not recommend swimming or showering with Artisan. Full-grain leather can handle normal everyday wear, but prolonged exposure to water or full submersion may damage the leather or accelerate aging.

Wipe the leather with a dry or slightly damp cloth when needed. Avoid soaking, harsh cleaners and prolonged exposure to water. Over time, the leather will naturally soften, darken and develop its own patina.

Yes. Remove your current Apple Watch band using the release buttons on the back of the watch, then slide the new band or adapter into place until it clicks securely.

Products with additional installation requirements, such as Sentinel, include the tools needed in the box.

You may return your order within 30 days of delivery in unused condition for a refund or exchange.

If the return is due to a defective, damaged or incorrect item, we cover the return shipping cost. For standard returns, such as a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Yes. Rift products are covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, misuse or cosmetic aging such as the natural patina of leather.
